Abide Prayer Returns
I hope you had a good summer. This past week, the Abide Prayer Team met to check in, reflect together and plan Abide prayer for this next ministry year.
While we are grateful for all that God has been doing in the CRC generally, and through Synod specifically, there are certainly new challenges and things we want to lift up in prayer. To that end, we will resume weekly Abide Zoom Prayer Meetings in two weeks, on Tuesday, Sept 10. We will continue our normal 30 min focused prayer at the same time and with the same Zoom link. After Labor Day weekend we will resume sending weekly Prayer Points.
Request: If you have a prayer concern (e.g. for your church, classis or something else in the denomination) please let us know!
Finally, we are refreshing the prayer list. We have about 100 people on the list. If we haven't heard from you in a while, we may remove your name, since we don't want to be a burden with unnecessary emails. If you would like to continue receiving weekly prayer updates, please let us know.
