Fortunately, "He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion."
Follow the example of Jesus; and accept the gift of His Holy Spirit so you may be transformed to sacrificially love even those who are so different from you that you cannot understand them.
Let Jesus open our eyes to see how idolatry has blinded us so that we are unable to see "other" people, that we may repent and love them as He loves us.

I would encourage you to urgently pursue reform in two areas still pertaining to sex and the sexes.
1) Replace the 1972 statement with the biblical & Reformed doctrine of concupiscence, Side B is not orthodox. (James 1:15).
2) Restore the government of the church to alignment with the biblical command for the teaching and ruling offices to be held by males only.
Take on Family Court reform next, if you want a pressing issue that could help a massive number of people -- particularly children.
There's a whole generation of young men who are abandoning marriage altogether, and their reasons to do so are very real.
These are the young men coming back into the doors of your churches. Get this right, get moving.
